Fish Mince Production Flow

The basic standard production flow is based on the good manufacturing process (GMP) set by the Indonesian Fishery Department Standard.

Frozen fish will be randomly checked in several QC parameters such as fish meat condition, dry or not dry and etc, before going into the production floor.

The separation of the meat and the skin is done by manual skill labor in order to ensure the quality of the fish meat is preserved.

Fish Fillet Production Flow

The filleting process are done manually by skill labor. The way the fillet are being done can be custom according to the customer requirements.

The cutting process is done by machines. The thickness and parts to be included in the cutting process can be customer according to customer requirements.
